Numbers, numbers, numbers

Math has been all about numbers. Number bonds, writing numbers, number words, comparing numbers, counting numbers, and creating number patterns all from eleven to twenty.  We have also gotten festive with our math work by making number dreidels and using snowmen eyes to help us count by 2's.  Here is a little Klipfel & Kids by the numbers...
One magnificent m loving monkey, Mango
Two snowmen eyes
Three student computers
Eight giggly girls
Eight silly boys
Twelve brownies to fill a pan
Fifteen tens and ones
Sixteen smiling students
And...
Too many monkeys to count!

    4 current pairs of running shoes
    5 half marathons complete
    6 miles from my house to school
    7 mini American girl dolls
    10 minutes to get ready in the morning
    11 players on my field hockey team
    15 major league baseball stadiums visited
    16 smiling students
    Too many shoes to keep track of!

    12 organic eggs, 11 things to bake, 10 presents to wrap, 9 friends to visit, 8 loads of laundry, 7 strings of lights, 6 friends at work, 5 golden earrings, 4 calls to make, 3 in-law siblings, 2 perfect children, and 1 sweet husband! :)

    1 dog,2 parents,3 siblings,4 grandparents,5 toothbrushes in my bathroom,6 cousins,7 years old,8 Christmas cards,9 presents under the tree,10 American Girl Dolls,11 headbands and 12 months in the year.
